Please let us know of any problems, suggestions, and/or ideas you may have about ISA by emailing Robyn at rk@fusionsoundmix.com Lauralyn Kofford and Robyn Keeler have attended coach’s conferences across the United States for many years. In their travel across the United States, they discovered there was no association to benefit the cheer/dance coaches in Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. With the help from corporate sponsors, Intermountain Spirit Association was founded. ISA is a professional, non-profit organization with the sole purpose of educating and networking coaches. ISA holds an annual conference that gives coaches the tools needed to run a successful program. At these conferences, ISA provides everything from vendors displaying cheer/dance apparel to key note speakers teaching effective discipline and safety. Membership in ISA brings coaches together for networking and support. Junior high, high school and all-star programs can benefit from the education and resources ISA offers. Not only are coach’s conferences held annually, ISA also holds professionally ran competitions. Teams of all ages and levels have the opportunity to compete each year. Competitions not only invite junior high and high school cheer/dance teams, but all-star programs compete as well. ISA also awards scholarships each year to the winners that audition in front of a panel of highly qualified judges. These scholarships are put towards their cheer/dance. ISA is excited for the upcoming conference and competition. Each year, our association continues to grow, thus helping programs become better. |
